One of the key features of our Hatchery is the strict adherence to probiotics and absolutely no usage of antibiotics. We use multi-layered purification system , high quality liquid and micro encapsulated feed and imported Artemia to help deliver the best quality post-larvae.
Water Management System
Unlike other hatcheries which use seawater directly into the reservoir followed by chlorination, we ensure that the inflow of sea water is through a biological filter (stones, sand, coal) into the reservoir and then follow it up with chlorination (10-15ppm) and bleaching powder . The water is allowed to settle for two days and then shifted to another reservoir after which it is de-chlorinated with sun-light and aeration system. We then allow the water to settle with E.D.T.A.(Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) and then pass through an U.V.SYSTEM (ULTRA VIOLET) into the LRT section .This multi-pronged purification system is better for Larval Rearing and helps in the conversion and also to maintain optimum health.
Algae Section
We use an Isolated strain method to culture Algae through which we maintain pure cell quantity and quantity. This method ensures that the Zoea feeding has very good results in larval rearing section (LRT).
Packing
We take all measures to ensure that only the best quality seed is supplied to customers, through strict bio-security norms and multi-layer quality control .
